This course also does NOT require completion of Fit For Life 1, but it will continue where that course ended. Students now take control of their own fitness. Fit For Life II takes cardiovascular endurance workouts to the next level by having students build on their knowledge of muscles, nutrition and weight control to design their own strengthening and toning activities, including warm-ups and cool-downs and walk/jog/run workout plans for different environments and under different conditions, with the consideration of a set end goal.
