Your first few days can feel a little bit all over the place. There's forms to complete, accounts to set up and you probably feel a bit like a fish out of water. Don't worry - you'll settle in quickly enough. We will walk you through the whole process and invite you to plenty of meetings to meet staff and become familiar with how we do things here. Most importantly, ask lots of questions! There's plenty of time for you to prove all the reasons we hired you and how independently you can work. For now, just learn as much as you can and get to know us as a business and a team.
Here's a list of things you can get started with.
STEP ONE - Personal Forms

If you haven't been advised of your official title for communication, please send a quick Teams message to Marcelle and she'll confirm it for you.
STEP FOUR - Microsoft Teams
We use Microsoft Teams for our primary method of communication internally. We will also send a Teams invitation to new and existing clients to set up online meetings. You will have already been added to a number of chats and teams by a manager. All staff are added to the following general teams:
All Stars - This is the chat for general conversation. We ask that every morning when you log in you greet the team with a "Good Morning" or "Hi All". The occasional GIF is always welcome too. :)
Technical Team - This is the place for all technical chat. This is primarily used by the technicians/engineers, dispatch and is overseen by management.
Melbourne Office - This is for all staff based in Melbourne. We don't keep secrets from the rest of the team! We just discuss exciting matters such as when the bins need to go out or when a courier is expected.
You can chat with anyone directly in Teams and may be added to additional teams relevant to tasks you will be undertaking.
Please review this VIDEO on how to use Microsoft Teams.
