In some cases it is worth considering hiring a trainee for a new role rather than someone already qualified. Trainees are often school leavers, who may or may not have finished Year 12. A trainee can be trained to meet the specific needs of the job role while simultaneously gaining a recognised qualification. A wage subsidy is also provided by the Government which may mean the financial impact on the business is reduced.
All Procision Traineeships are managed through MEGT. All fall under a Management Services Agreement only where Procision is the Employer and the traineeship is facilitated by MEGT (as opposed to the trainee being employed directly by MEGT).
