Paul 's career in IT began soon after he left school, in the mid 1990's, in Sydney. He worked for a number of large companies including AMP, Introline and Interactive Media Corporation. Paul's areas of interest have always included networking and server administration and he quickly became well known in the industry for his professionalism and customer service focus. In 2003 Paul made the brave decision to start his own company with just a handful of clients. Word spread quickly and what started as a one person operation quickly became a successful company, developing into the Procision you know today.
People often describe Paul's friendly, approachable demeanor as his greatest asset and leads to him developing strong, long standing relationships with both clients and staff. He is always keen to sharpen his knowledge of both the technical and business aspects of the industry. Paul invests heavily into the welfare and development of our team and is always willing to share his skills.
Paul enjoys working alongside the technical staff (if you can handle the country music coming from his PC!) and is always available to assist you in your role.
Away from the office, Paul enjoys hitting the road with the caravan as often as possible, spending time with the family, including their 2 dogs, and the occasional surf.
Marcelle began her career as a Property Manager in Melbourne's South East Suburbs in the late 1990's. She soon moved to a Senior Property Management role and Department Manager for a multi-site franchise. After almost a decade in Real Estate, she joined Paul in their business in 2006.
Since then Marcelle's role at Procision has been varied, but finance has always remained her primary focus . Marcelle has a natural flair for developing systems and processes and for ensuring all areas of the business come together in a cohesive manner. She believes that efficiency is key, allowing more time for both client and staff relationships and the fun stuff in life!
Marcelle believes our staff are our greatest asset and is committed to ensuring a happy, healthy workplace where each individual can strive to become their best selves. This creates an unstoppable team.
Marcelle's door is always open for you to ask questions or just to have a chat. She works flexible hours, 5 days per week, however is always available to staff by phone, instant chat or email.
Away from the office Marcelle enjoys travelling, strength training at the gym and of course spending time with their 3 children; Samuel, Christian and Charlotte.
