How to Enter A Spend Money Transaction

Small, regular transactions are usually entered at the time of reconciliation, such as fuel, stationery, Eastlink tolls etc. It is not necessary to enter a Bill for these transactions. However, sometimes we may wish to pre-record a transaction so that it can easily be matched during the reconciliation stage. We do this by entering a “Spend Money”. This allows extra detail without the hassle of entering a bill.
