All leave requests, including annual leave, extended sick leave, family leave and bereavement leave are to be made through the Xero Me App or by logging into your Xero Desktop Account. Please note the following guidelines when applying for Annual Leave:
A minimum 4 weeks must be provided when applying for annual leave
Any applications for leave for more than 2 consecutive weeks must be submitted at least 8 weeks prior
Please refer to the Annual Leave Calendar prior to requesting your leave to ensure no one else is on leave at that time
Your leave is subject to approval. You may be requested to shift your leave dates if the management team feel that your requested dates would be detrimental to the operations of the company
Please ensure you allocate sufficient planning and handover time prior to your leave to ensure all areas of your role and any open matters are passed on to a fellow team member
