WELCOME BACK!
It's great to have everyone back at the office. Thank you all for the smooth transition and we hope you're all enjoying the dynamic that comes from all being in the same place. Marcelle is making a slower transition back - just waiting on a new pc to be ready, likely Thurs 3rd March.
Our aim is to provide regular staff / company / office updates here to keep you all in the loop. If anyone has anything they wish to be shared please let Marcelle know.
We've moved to Halo! We're really excited about this move and the capability and sophistication that this application brings. We will have some teething issues so please sing out if you need assistance. It is VITAL that all staff complete the training provided in the Halo Academy. Please complete all modules as outlined HERE in line with your role and update Marcelle via email once complete. We expect this to be done by 18/3/2022. Schedule time into your calendar in 30 minute blocks to ensure you complete the program by the due date.

On 1st March Procision turned 19! We're really proud of the journey so far and we're excited to see where we head as a team from here!
New Wrkpod Office
When Lilian and Novah started with us they moved into a temporary office while a new facility was being built. We're super excited that the new site is days from being completed and Lilian will soon make the move into a fancy new shared office space. We will have a dedicated area where we hope to grow our team over the next couple of years. I've been watching the construction via Facebook updates from a business associate and it's looking fantastic.
Change to Polos
We have made a decision to change up our polo's slightly. Still a grey shirt with a green logo - but a fresher cotton fabric. These have been ordered as seen in this photo. We have ordered the new shirts in the sizes you provided and expect them to arrive in a couple of weeks. Current shirts can still be worn along with the new ones.
Jackets!
Winter is upon (at least here in Melbourne!) and the weather will soon turn cool. We realise that a short sleeved polo does not cut it and so will be ordering jackets from our uniform supplier. The pictured jacket is out top pick, in graphite. It is fully fleece lined, shower-proof and has zippered pockets. The cost of the jacket is $65 and Procision will subsidise this cost by half (so $32.50 for you). If you would like to order a jacket please complete this FORM.
Filipino Uniform Update!
We posted some shirts and other goodies to Novah and Lilian back in September and they still haven't arrived! Given this, we're hesitant to do this again. We're working with Marc's brother to design / provide some cool shirts and a jacket/jumper locally.
Staffing Changes
Service Tickets & Dispatch As discussed in our team meeting Sam will soon take on the ticket dispatch, calendar management and onsite job bookings. Before this can happen Paul, and Marcelle are reviewing our clients to determine who is best suited to service each one. This will assist in keeping things predictable and organised. We will start this process early next week and hope to bring you an update soon after. In the meantime, Sam is more than happy to assist with scheduling onsite jobs with clients and making phone calls to arrange an appointment. Please just get in touch with him if you would like assistance.
Sales We are conducting interviews this week to hire someone in the Philippines at the same office as Lilian. They will assist Paul with quoting hardware and software and will also work with Sam to arrange purchasing. This is an exciting change that will see us deliver quotes much faster and provide a more seamless delivery.
Office Cleanliness!
We realise that with lockdowns and inconsistencies in who is at the office it's been easy to overlook the overall cleanliness. We are in the process of organising a regular cleaner to mop floors, vacuum and clean the toilets. We ask you to please keep things as tidy and clean as possible and make sure your desk space is free from clutter and rubbish. Please be mindful that you are sharing the men's toilets with others and "aim" to keep this as clean as possible. We do have auto soap and towel dispensers ready to be installed.
Drinks Fridge & Monthly Lunches
So we didn't get those monthly lunches off to a great start, or any start. Things just got a little crazy but we do intend to schedule these back in asap so look out for an email.
On occasion we like to stock the Keysborough fridge with water and soft drink. Please understand though that it will not automatically be topped up when they run out. When the fridge is stocked we ask you to limit your consumption to 1 per day to keep it fair and reasonable.
Keysborough Renovations!
So maybe our office doesn't look this bad...but we certainly still have some work to do. Over the coming weeks we will be completing the painting, installing doors and windows. We will also add to the blinds upstairs. Once complete we look forward to being able to utilise the meeting room properly and brighten up the place a little.

How's this good looking engineer? Firstly, congrats to Dean on the move into his new home. The flooding is a not so welcome event but we hope that you're able to get settled nice and quickly.
