There are  two staff who are currently authorised to speak to Optus Business Technical Support, Paul Foley and Justine Gumanoy.

If you are enquiring about where a service is currently active - the Technical Team's system they use, only shows the service if it is currently active. If we do not see it as online, then we should tag this service for a "SIM Swap" for the next time someone needs a new service.
