Background
On April 5, 12 the Spring 2023 Community Service Group helped clean up the Palmer Arboretum for the Spring Arts Festival Weekend. Students raked debris and leaves and picked weeds from mulched trees. They came back on May 3rd to replant a Oak Sappling that will eventually be a large Oak Tree replacing an old oak that had rotted and taken down. They were subsequently featured on the Town of Woodstock's Facebook page.

Winter 2022-23 Community Service Group
Background
On Thursday Dec, 8, 2022 the Community Service Group helped move wood chips to cover the base of some precious trees at the Palmer Arboretum. This was the second visit since November 2021. It was a cold afternoon and the COLD Moon was out in full shining a beacon through the dark autumn sky.
Impact
We believe we helped by preparing the grounds for Winter by protecting most of the trees with wood chips. The Arboretum will be a nice place to visit once Spring comes with our help.
Fall 2021 Community Service

Impact
We believe we helped by preparing the grounds for Winter and clearing debris for the next Season. It was nice to work alongside students from Woodstock Academy.
