WHAT IS LINK CREW?
LINK CREW is a high school transition and mentoring program designed to welcome freshmen and help them feel connected to the school community. First introduced at Foothill in 2024-25, Link Crew has become an integral part of supporting our newest students as they navigate their first year of high school.
Link Crew trains juniors and seniors to serve as mentors, providing guidance, encouragement, and support to freshmen. In addition to leading Freshman Orientation - complete with engaging activities and campus tours - Link Leaders stay connected with their orientation groups throughout the school year. They host scheduled ACCESS sessions where they present lessons, lead discussions, and check in with their freshmen. Each freshmen group is co-led by two Link Leaders, ensuring on-going support for all freshmen.
Link Crew is a rewarding experience for everyone involved, with its goal of fostering a strong sense of belonging and community throughout campus.
