This form will open on Thursday, 8/13/26 at 4:00PM. You may use this form to submit course corrections to your counselor. Counselors are unable to hold meetings or respond to emails about schedule changes during this time. By submitting this form, you will enter the queue for support and a counselor will respond to you via email within 10 school days.
Semester 1 Schedule Correction Timeline:
Through Friday, August 21st at 4:00 PM - students can request to “level down” from AP/honors/math levels, or add PE, TA, Academic Support, Peer Ac Tutor, Work Experience, unscheduled period, or show proof of outside course completion to drop redundant courses.
August 22nd through 1st Quarter Progress Report - students can request to “level down” from honors/AP/Math levels or drop for unscheduled 1st or 6th per, PE, TA, Academic Support, Peer Ac Tutor. Teacher feedback will be required to help prioritize late level downs.
After 1st Quarter Progress Report - no changes except admin-approved extreme cases (such as hospitalization).
Starting at the end of August, any student can schedule a counseling appointment for any reason - social/emotional concerns, academic planning questions, general school concerns, help with a referral to therapy outside of school, etc.

School counselors, as required by law and/or ethical standards, must maintain students’ confidentiality with the following exceptions: harm to self or others, abuse or neglect, or by subpoena.
