Scope
This Whistleblower Policy applies to all employees, directors, contractors, vendors, customers, and any other individuals associated with the Company. It covers any concerns related to:
Financial impropriety, including fraud, embezzlement, and misappropriation of Company funds.
Violation of laws and regulations applicable to the Company.
Unethical conduct, including conflicts of interest and breach of Company policies and procedures.

Reporting Mechanism
Individuals who wish to report concerns covered by this policy may do so through the following channels:
Individuals may report concerns to their immediate supervisor, manager, or any higher-level manager within the Company.

Confidentiality
The Company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of individuals who report concerns to the fullest extent permissible by law. Disclosure of the whistleblower's identity will only occur when required by law or if the whistleblower provides express consent.
Non-Retaliation
The Company strictly prohibits retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith. Any form of retaliation, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or adverse employment actions, will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Investigation and Resolution
All reports will be promptly and impartially investigated. The Company will take appropriate corrective action if wrongdoing is confirmed. Whistleblowers will be kept informed of the progress and outcome of the investigation to the extent possible without compromising the investigation or violating the rights of other individuals.
False Reporting
Intentionally making false allegations or providing misleading information with malicious intent is a violation of this policy and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
