An Employee Code of Conduct Policy ("Code") is a set of rules, principles, values, and behaviors, that the employees are expected to follow while working at Planify Capital Ltd. and defines the desired behavior. A well-drafted Code clarifies our vision, values, and principles to both the internal and external stakeholders and can be used as a benchmark to evaluate the performance and conduct of the employees.
This Code is different from that of the employment agreement, as the employment agreement is between an employee and Planify, but a Code will be applicable for all the employees or a group of employees in Planify.
Privacy and Confidentiality Agreements Privacy Agreement
You are required to observe and uphold all of the Company’s privacy policies and procedures as implemented or varied from time to time. Collection, storage, access to, and dissemination of employee personal information will be by privacy legislation. All the work that you will produce at or with Planify will be the intellectual property of Planify. You are not allowed to store, copy, sell, share, or distribute it to a third party under any circumstances. For the next five years, you will not be able to communicate with any of the company's clients, including investors, dealers, founders, channel partners, etc.
If any employees are discovered engaging in this behavior, Planify may pursue legal action against that employee.
Conflict of Interest policy
You agree to sign and be bound by the terms of the Non-Disclosure, Non-Solicitation, and Non-Competition Agreement required to be signed by you during the term of your employment with the Company and at all times thereafter. You also hereby agree to comply with the terms of any policies of the Company relating to the protection of confidential information from time to time.
While you are employed at this Company, you will not engage in any other employment, consulting, or other business activity (whether full-time or part-time) that would create a conflict of interest with the Company. By signing this letter of agreement, you confirm that you have no contractual commitments or other legal obligations that would prohibit you from performing your duties for the Company.
Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement
Like all Company employees, you will be required, as a condition of your employment with the Company, to sign the Company’s standard Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement.
Data Security
We take data privacy and security very seriously and maintaining the confidentiality of any students, customers, clients, and companies’ data and contact details that you may get access to during your work will be your responsibility. Planify operates on zero tolerance principle about any breach of data security guidelines
No Alternate Employment
Since it is a full-time employment arrangement with Planify, while in the employment of Planify, you are in no way allowed to be employed in any other organization on a permanent, temporary, or part-time basis or offer any services with or without consideration to any physical person, legal entity or public authority or to be occupied in your own business, without the prior written consent of Planify. You shall comply with all directions given by Planify and faithfully observe all the rules, regulations, and arrangements applicable in this respect.
Accuracy of Information
Your employment with Planify is based on the information and documents provided by you to Planify in the application form/personal data form and otherwise. Such offer shall, at the option of Planify, be considered null and void and automatically withdrawn; if Planify believes at any time that there is an error or willful suppression of the information or documents provided by you. Should you have already joined Planify, Planify reserves the right to terminate your employment with immediate effect, without any notice or salary in lieu thereof.
Zero Tolerance on Negative Influence/ Harassment (Sexual, Physical, mental and emotional) and Discrimination
You here acknowledge that it is unlawful and against Planify’s policy to negatively influence or inflame any negative feelings to a subordinate or peer about the company employees, policies, use of any abusive language, physical abuse, mental or sexual harassment, or anything derogatory/defamatory to Planify or any employee of Planify reputation. Planify has a zero-tolerance policy on such behavior. Any person caught in such a malign act will face dire consequences and can lead to termination of employment without the company providing any notice period.
Actions that are considered to be negative influence -
Being an employee of Planify, sharing or asking for compensation details
Sharing any project plan and blueprint of active or existing programs with an outsider
Using abusive language on office premises to your subordinates, junior, senior, or management by the employee
Giving or sharing wrong data and wrong information about Planify to peers
Harassing someone emotionally, physically, sexually, and mentally by commenting or discriminating against any person on the grounds of race, the color of skin, national or ethical origin, marital status, religion, belief, or sexual orientation is a zero-tolerance
Cyber Security
The employee is allowed to use the company laptop, computer, internet, social media, or any asset of the company for Planify purposes only.
Using social media, websites, company assets, and the internet for personal use will be a breach of contract and will lead to taking lawful action.
Downloading of obscene, offensive material.
Sharing of confidential information with others.
Interfering with other employees’ privacy.
Downloading or uploading pirated movies or related material.
Surfing websites can damage the company's network
Doing any illegal activities like hacking, fraud, etc.
Relationship At Work
Any personal involvement with a colleague, customer, or supplier can distract the normal working of the team. Any such issue must be discussed with the manager or HR and corrective actions can be taken accordingly.
Alcohol Or Illegal Substance Use
All the employees are to be informed that the use of alcohol or any other substance like illegal drugs etc. is strictly prohibited on Planify premises.
Right Dealing
According to the code of ethics and professional conduct, all employees should deal rightly with the customers and suppliers’ internal and external customers. No one is allowed to take advantage of one’s position and to deal wrongly by misrepresentation.
No Retaliation
There must not be retaliation against the employee who raises their voice for any wrongdoing within the company. Any such act will be a violation of the code of conduct. Raising a concern cannot be the basis of adverse employment
