CFA EXAM: Our HR Policy supports employees pursuing the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Exam by reimbursing the full course fees upon successful completion of the exam. This reimbursement reflects our commitment to investing in the professional development and growth of our employees in the finance domain.
To ensure a mutual investment in professional development, employees are required to commit to a three-year bond with the organization. During this period, employees are not eligible to resign. If an employee still wants to resign within this period, they must reimburse the company for the fees amount received.
Criteria for the Reimbursement:
Employees who successfully clears the exam.
Employees who have applied for the scholarship and reviewed the same from the reporting manager/concerned person.
Traveling
To make life easy, Planify provides their employees ease of traveling by providing several options to commute from their home to the office and vice versa. The employee is restricted from using the service for personal usage and, if found, will be barred from further use of the service and the decision lies at the discretion of the company.
Blu Smart
The policy outlines the terms and conditions for providing Blu Smart transportation services to employees residing in Gurugram. The purpose is to facilitate convenient and cost-effective commuting options for employees while maintaining transparency regarding cost sharing.
The total cost of Blu Smart service is INR 7,000 per employee per month.
An employee will bear a cost of INR 2,000 which will be adjusted from their salary every month.
The company will subsidize the remaining cost of INR 5,000 per employee per month.
Blu Smart services will be available for regular workdays and official company events.
Exceeding the budget due to personal usage or negligence will get adjusted from the salary.
Shuttle
All employees of the company residing in Delhi are eligible to opt for the shuttle services, subject to availability.
The total cost of the shuttle service is INR 4500 per month, where an employee will bear an amount of INR 1000, and the rest of INR 3500 will be subsidized by Planify.
The shuttle services will operate on all working days.
Metro
Planify provides metro recharges to employees living in Delhi as a part of the company's transportation benefits program. The purpose is to facilitate convenient and cost-effective commuting for employees using the metro system.
A full-time employee of the company residing in Delhi is eligible for the metro recharge benefit. Part-time employees and contractors are not covered under this policy.
The total monthly benefit amount will be INR 2,500, where the employee contributes INR 1,000 from their monthly salary towards the metro recharge and INR 1,500 will be subsidized by the company.
Employees interested in availing of the metro recharge benefit must enroll during the onboarding process or the annual benefits enrollment period.
Metro recharge amount will be credited to the employee's metro card automatically at the beginning of the month.
Petrol Allowance
Planify also takes care of the employees who use their vehicles for communication. This policy ensures fair reimbursement of a portion of petrol expenses incurred during work-related travel.
The company will reimburse a portion of the petrol expenses incurred by the employee.
Employees must submit their fuel receipts within the last week of the respective month
Any attempt to manipulate or misuse the petrol allowance reimbursement policy will be considered a violation of company policy and could result in disciplinary actions.
Meal
Planify recognizes the importance of providing its employees with convenient and cost-effective meal options during working hours. To facilitate this, the company offers an employee food facility wherein employees can avail meals.
The total monthly benefit amount will be INR 3,500, where the employee contributes INR 500 from their monthly salary and INR 3,000 will be subsidized by the company.
Employees who wish to avail themselves of this facility should communicate their preference during the onboarding process.

Planify Coins are virtual tokens that employees can earn as a form of recognition for their exceptional contributions, achievements, and dedication to their work. These coins can be accumulated and redeemed for a variety of exciting gifts and rewards.
How it works:
When you go above and beyond in your role, demonstrate exceptional teamwork, or contribute significantly to the success of a project, your manager or team leader may award you Planify Coins as a token of appreciation.
You can accumulate your Planify Coins over time and redeem them for a selection of gifts available through our rewards platform.
The rewards platform will offer a diverse range of options, including gift cards, merchandise, experiences, and more, allowing you to choose the reward that best suits your preferences.
Vehicle Purchasing
Our company understands the importance of reliable transportation for our employees. Employees can utilize this fund to purchase or lease a vehicle of their choice, facilitating their commuting needs and enhancing their convenience.
To support this, we offer a vehicle purchasing policy where employees can receive a budget of max. ₹1,00,000 with 0% interest. This amount will be divided in monthly installments of ₹8,334 for the next 12 months. Employees whose probation is clear can opt for it.
The repayment will be deducted directly from the employee's salary each month, ensuring a hassle-free process.
If an employee wants to resign within this period, they must reimburse the company for the remaining amount.
Note: Employees must provide proof of purchase or lease agreement to avail of this benefit.
GYM
Our company values the well-being of our employees and recognizes the importance of physical and mental fitness.
To support this, we have implemented a gym policy where each employee will receive a budget of ₹1,000 monthly to be used towards gym memberships or fitness-related activities. Also, if anyone wants to take a yearly subscription, the company will pay the whole amount to the gym itself.
