Planify has its own Employee Mini Library as part of our commitment to supporting continuous learning and development among our employees. The Mini Library is a collection of books covering a wide range of topics relevant to personal growth, professional development, industry knowledge, and more.
Book Borrowing:
Employees can borrow books from the Mini Library for two weeks. To borrow a book, employees must inform the HR department through Email.
Borrowed books must be returned to the HR department within two weeks from the borrowing date or in case an employee wants to reissue the same book they can put the request on the email.
Book Selection:
The Mini Library offers a diverse selection of books which includes:
Professional development and leadership
Industry-specific knowledge
Fiction and non-fiction literature

Employee Responsibility:
Employees are responsible for the care and condition of borrowed books. Any damage or loss of books must be reported to the HR department promptly.
