PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & APPRAISAL
The employee performance appraisal process is crucial for Planify to boost employee productivity and improve their outcomes. Performance appraisals are an annual process where an employee’s performance and productivity are evaluated against a predetermined set of objectives.
Performance management is super important, not only because it is the determining factor in an employee’s wage rise and promotion but also because it can evaluate an employee’s skills, strengths, and shortcomings accurately
In Planify we conduct periodic performance reviews twice a year on a half-yearly basis. evaluation based on the FY calendar from April to September and October to March.
Compensation revisions would depend on your yearly growth, target accomplishments, and the company’s growth.
REVIEW PROCESS
Half-yearly Performance review processes will include:
self-review and peer review - In the first week of October
Manager review - In the second week of October
Performance Review - In the last 15 days of October
Yearly performance review and Appraisal will include:
Self-review and Peer Review - In the first week of April
Manager review - In the second week of April
Performance Review and Appraisal - In the last 15 days of April
Self-Review - In this employee has to do a performance review of the last 6 months based on their alignment and target achievements, and need to present specific numbers of achievements, and delivery.
Peers Review - Being an honest & responsible employee of the company needs to give genuine feedback to your peers based on devotion, dedication, discipline, and delivery towards Planify
Manager Review - Without being biased manager has to do a performance review of his/her subordinates on the set of parameters by measuring with the given criteria.
RATING CRITERIA'S
Outstanding: Performance in this area far exceeded the expectations and requirements of this position. (O)
Exceeded Expectations: Accomplished more than expected (EE)
Meet Expectations: Fully competent, consistently meets requirements and expectations necessary to further the mission (ME)
At Par: Requires a significant amount of supervision and direction, performance improvement is necessary. (AP)
Below Expectations: Major improvement is expected immediately. (BE)
Few Points:
Leaves - Employees with a leave balance of -12 (12 LWP) or above will not be considered for performance appraisal. It's essential to maintain a positive leave balance to ensure eligibility for performance evaluation and recognition of contributions
WFH - Employees with a WFH balance of -12 or above will not be considered for performance appraisal.
Maternity Leave - Employees who take leaves would be eligible for appraisal based on their last-year rating or their half-yearly review accordingly.
