1.1 Purpose
This HR policy framework aims to establish guidelines, standards, and procedures that govern various aspects of employment within Planify. These policies aim to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance with legal requirements while prompting a positive work environment.Â
These HR policies apply to all employees of Planify Group including Planify Capital Limited, Planify Enterprises Private Limited, Planify WealthX Private Limited, and any other sister concerned companies. All these are referred to as ''Planify'' thereafter.
1.2 Policy Version
This Policy version is 1.4 which is applicable for the financial year - 1st Apr 2024 to 31st Mar 2025. The next version of the policy will come on 15th March 2025.
1.3 Scope
This policy framework applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, and any other individual engaged in work activities on behalf of Planify.
1.4 Policy Review
These policies will be reviewed annually or whenever there are significant changes in the budget regime, legal requirements, organizational needs, or industry standards. Reviews will be conducted by the HR department and necessary updates will be made to ensure policy alignment with current practices.
