Dress Code

At Planify, we believe that maintaining a professional appearance is essential to our corporate culture and image. This dress code policy outlines the standards and expectations for employee attire during regular business days and designates Fridays as "Casual Fridays" when relaxed dress standards apply.

Employees are expected to adhere to a formal dress code during regular business days. The following guidelines must be followed:

• Attire for Men:

Men are expected to wear suits consisting of a tailored blazer, dress pants, and a dress shirt.

Dress shirts should be long-sleeved and neatly Ironed.

Please refrain from wearing any T-shirts and jeans. 

• Attire for Women:

The formal dress code entails business attire such as shirts and trousers, dresses, and formal skirts. 

Please refrain from wearing any see-through tops, or crop tops.

Casual Fridays:

Fridays at Planify are designated as "Casual Fridays." During this day, employees may dress in a more relaxed and comfortable manner, but still within the boundaries of professionalism. The following guidelines apply:

• Attire for Men:

Collared, polo-style shirts or casual dress shirts are permitted.

Slacks, khakis, or neatly Ironed jeans without rips or excessive fading are allowed.

• Attire for Women:

Casual tops, sweaters, or casual dresses are permitted.

Slacks, khakis, skirts, or neatly Ironed jeans without rips or excessive fading are allowed.

Comfortable, closed-toe shoes or clean sneakers are acceptable.

Saturdays:

We encourage all employees to proudly wear their Planify T-Shirts on Saturday 

Overly casual clothing is not permitted.

Exceptions:

In some cases, specific job roles or departments may require different dress standards to adhere to safety or client-facing requirements. In such cases, employees will be informed by their supervisors or HR.

Enforcement:

Supervisors and managers are responsible for ensuring that employees comply with this dress code policy. Non-compliance may result in appropriate corrective action.

This dress code policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated as needed. Employees will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
