To embody the ideals of the Medal of Esteem, I strive to demonstrate strong character, dedication, and leadership in everything I do. I always try to do the right thing, even when it's tough, and make decisions based on honesty and responsibility. Through my involvement in National Honor Society, Iv'e been able to give my time and energy to help others, whether it's through community service, supporting my school, or helping those in need. When it comes to achievement, I make sure to work hard to improve myself and reach my full potential, whether it;s in academics or extracurricular activities. As a leader, I try to be a positive influence both in and out of the classroom. On the softball field, I lead by example, encouraging my teammates, helping them improve their skills, and supporting them through challenges. I also make an effort to help my peers by offering advice and being there when they need someone to talk to. I believe that leadership is about lifting others up and making a difference, whether through big actions or small gestures.Â
