blue construction paper, white paper, scissors, glue sticks, writing paper, pencils, white chalk & cotton balls
Steps
Cut out 3 various size circles
Glue circles to paper
Pinch cotton balls apart & glue them onto the snowman for additional fine motor practice
Decorate the background with chalk or crayons (students can shade in the snow on the ground, draw clouds, and add snow using chalk
Write a sentence or 2 about your snowman. Younger writers can practice single letters or the word 'Snow' with extra focus on proper letter formation

Steps
Cut out or draw a large heart shape on a white background
Pinch, and rip or use scissors to snip small pieces of tissue or construction paper into small pieces
Pinch the paper and glue them onto your heart background. Continue until the heart shape is evenly layered with color

Your students are going to love this beaded shamrock craft! It’s colorful, creative, and a perfect addition to your St. Patrick’s Day activities!

Supplies needed:
Pipe cleaners and a handful of beads
Steps
Twist two pipe cleaners together. Leave them in a straight line.
Add some pony beads. We prefer making patterns, but you don’t have to. Don’t overload the pipe cleaner with beads.
Then fold the long pipe cleaner in half.
At the curved end of the folded pipe cleaner, make a simple heart shape.
Twist underneath the heart to help hold the shape.
Fold the remaining edges up and twist them all together in the middle where they meet.
Push the other 2 pipe cleaner loops into heart shapes.
Add another pipe cleaner to create the “stem” of the beaded shamrock.

Using crayons or markers, color in and decorate umbrella.
Using water paints, paint your rain with blue water paint.
Optional - Pinch, and rip cotton balls to form clouds, and glue them above your umbrella.

Using both hands, rip your tissue paper with your fingers, and pinch your tissue paper into small pieces.
Glue them onto your flower background. Continue until the flower is full of color.
