If you need us to set up an integration between your school's LMS and Brightspace (D2L, the system we use to host our online courses), please contact dvsupport@petersons.com before you enroll your students into D2L.
If you enroll students into D2L, and then set up a link with your default LMS, student accounts will be duplicated in your classlist. You will also exceed your total number of available seats (licenses purchased).
We don't currently support integrations with other systems.
You will need to log into D2L instructor account (the one we set up for you), using the username and password we created for you.
As an instructor, you will have access to your classlist, as well as other course admin settings.
Students will access the course through a link in your LMS.
This means you won't need to enroll your students into D2L.
They will be able to view all course content, take tests etc.
All their quiz results and grades will be recorded in your D2L (Dean Vaughn) online course.
Only their final grade will be recorded in your LMS.
To initiate an integration between your new Dean Vaughn D2L course and your school's LMS, please email dvsupport@petersons.com and provide us with your tech admin's name and email's address. We will set things up on our end and coordinate with your school to finish setting up the integration.
