My name is Jennifer Parker. I am excited to be your first grade teacher this year. I have been a first grade teacher at Petal Primary since 2016.  Petal is a wonderful community to live and teach in.  I spent 16 years teaching in Mobile County, Alabama where I taught first grade for 10 years before moving up to third grade. I am married to a wonderful man.  We have three children, two daughters and one son.

    We love camping, going to the beach, and attending the Neshoba County Fair.  We also say "Hail State!" at our house.  I enjoy eating at McAlister's and Sully's.  I do most of my shopping at Old Navy, Cato's, or Amazon.  My go to snacks are Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, gummies, Root Beer, and Lemonade.

 My Education

I earned my bachelor's and master's degrees in elementary education from the University of South Alabama. I also received my National Boards Certification in 2022.
