Seniors must request a final transcript for the school they are going to in the next school year between May 1st-the last day of school. 12th-grade transcript requests will be held until graduation so that the transcript will say "Graduated". If a 12th-grade student needs a transcript between May 1st and graduation for applying to a new school, stop by the school counseling office to alert it not to be held.
Under College Applications, CLICK “View My Applications“. Then select the institution to which they’d like their transcript sent.
Under the Application Checklist, scroll down to find Transcript.
Click Options > New Request Transcript.
If you applied via Common App to the school you decided on, you do not need to request a final transcript on Xello. You need to make sure the school you are going to is accurate on the "Senior Survey" you fill out in May.
If you need transcripts for a scholarship, internship program, insurance paperwork, or something else, most will accept the one you can download from Sapphire.
If you need an official transcript for something else, please fill out the transcript request form noted above for alumni or email your counselor.
To request a transcript, 9th, 10th grade students:
If you need transcripts for NCAA: Email your School Counselor
If you need transcripts for a scholarship, internship program, insurance paperwork, or something else, most will accept the one you can download from Sapphire.
If you need an official transcript for something else, please fill out the transcript request form noted above for alumni or email your counselor.
Watch the videos and steps above.
Check if you used Common App or Direct Application on the school's website and that matches in Xello.
If you are having trouble requesting your transcript, it could be because you linked the Common App but didn't end up applying that way. If you see the Common App logo next to the school on your list, that might be the case. To remedy that:
Log in to Common App.
Delete the school from your list that you wanted to do a direct application for, instead.
Log back into Xello. You should see that school removed from your "College Applications" List so you can start a new Application Tracker and select "Direct Application" this time. Follow the steps above for requesting your transcript.
