Dual Enrollment other partnerships

Penn Manor has partnerships with the following schools, which are typically less frequently used by Penn Manor students due to location or cost; however, students and families are more than welcome to pursue learning with these institutions if it is the right fit for your family. Below are the details about the other partnerships. 

St. Joseph University in Lancaster (Formerly PA College of Health Sciences), 

Elizabethtown College, 

Messiah College,  &

Pennsylvania College of Art and Design

PA College of Health Sciences/St. Joseph's University in Lancaster

Apply online, and then you will be emailed your next steps from St. Joseph's University. It is 50% the tuition rate for Dual Enrollment.

Elizabethtown College 

As of 2023, Elizabethtown College only charges $100 per credit for Dual Enrollment Spring and Fall Classes. That is less than the cost of MU and HACC. Per Credit. You can find the online application at the bottom of this page of their website.

PA College of Art & Design

Rising 11th and 12th graders accepted to PCA&D for dual enrollment can take up to one or two PCA&D courses each semester until they graduate from high school. Each dual enrollment course has a discounted tuition cost of $600, plus any applicable lab or material fees (as of Spring 2024). https://pcad.edu/dual-enrollment/

Please contact PCA&D for the current list of their dual enrollment courses and costs. PCAD offers more dual enrollment than listed below; however, they do not fit into a typical Penn Manor high school schedule. Below are examples of courses that can be taken by Penn Manor students, as they supplement the courses offered at PM. Confirm all course Titles/Semesters and Day/Time details directly with PCAD.

Messiah College

Messiah College offers most of its dual enrollment in person. There is a limited number of online courses per semester. Dual Enrollment is at a reduced tuition rate for up to 7 credits per semester.
