Student enter their address, guardian information, and emergency contact information.
Student selecting a 1st and/or 2nd choice appropriate for their grade level

School Counselors at Penn Manor then upload the student's transcripts, report the student's GPA, attendance from the prior year and marking period 1 of the current year, broad discipline data (if they ever had a suspicion), and level of rigor of academic classes.
Students will need their Penn Manor ID number.
Students find out if they are accepted for their 1st or 2nd choice in March. Students who are not accepted to their first or second choice will have an opportunity meet with their school counselor to see if there is a program with openings they are interested in being considered for as a new 2nd or 1st choice.
Students accepted are automatically enrolled by the district. If students change their minds, they need to let their school counselor know ASAP.
Students accepted should attend Orientation the first week of May to meet their instructor and get information about ordering their uniforms.
Families who need financial assistance can apply for help ordering the uniform. The Penn Manor Education Foundation usually funds at least one uniform for every student on free & reduced lunch who is accepted to CTC.
