Millersville University offers two ways to take college classes while still in high school:
Take 1-2 college courses while staying a full-time Penn Manor student
Pay 50% of regular tuition
Choose from a list of approved courses. *Courses fill up fast so please ensure you're checking seat availability and completing steps promptly.
A more full-time college experience promoting business courses. Click here for more info on the program and see if you qualify.
Go to the Approved Courses list and search for classes.
How to find eligible courses:
Select the term (Fall or Spring)
Click “Continue”
Choose “Advanced Search”
Under Attribute, select “Dual Enrollment” (this will show you a list of all approved dual enrollment classes)
Click “Search”
Important: Write down the 5-digit CRN number- you’ll need it for your Millersville application.
When courses are posted at Millersville:
Fall: early April
Spring: mid-October
Summer: mid-March
Complete Penn Manor High School's Application and Millersville's Application:
You’ll need to:
Enter your course CRN
Upload your high school transcript (from Sapphire)
Upload SAT or ACT scores
Select the listed Penn Manor staff member (even if not your counselor)
List only your selected course
If it includes a lab + lecture, include both
Turn in the “Millersville Transcript Release” form through Millersville
Submit it within 1 week of applying
The release form is available online with your application
Important: If you skip this step, your course may not count for high school credit
You’ll receive an email from Millersville registrar confirming your enrollment or asking you to take a placement test
Once you’re officially enrolled, submit the proof of enrollment form.

This ensures:
Your Penn Manor schedule is updated
You receive high school credit
Penn Manor will eventually receive your official transcript from Millersville
To speed things up, you can:
Submit a screenshot of your final grade from your MAX account to the final grade form.
