Penn Manor 2026/2027 AP Exam Registration

• If paying by check, please make check payable to Penn Manor AP Test Fund.  If you are paying by cash, please bring in the exact amount due.  Check or cash can be given to any AP teacher or Mrs. Ulmer.

• If this causes a financial hardship, please see the information below regarding fees and the financial assistance application.

FEES

The regular exam fee for this year is $92 per exam.  

The fee-reduced (if you qualify for free or reduced lunch) exam fee for this year is $20 for the first exam and $53 for any additional exams.  If you think you completed the free/reduced lunch application and have been approved and it is not reflected on this invoice, please reach out to Mrs. Ulmer.  If you qualify for free/reduced lunch and the exam cost is still a hardship for your family please complete this link for financial assistance by November 1st.  There is no payment required at this time if you are submitting the financial aid application.  

If you do not qualify for free/reduced lunch, but paying for the AP exams will cause a hardship for your family, please complete use the form and submit $40 for each exam by November 1st.  Your application for financial assistance will be reviewed and you will be notified of available financial assistance.  

REFUND/LATE ORDER POLICY

If a student registers and pays for an exam and cancels after the deadline the student is charged a $40 cancellation fee and any monies paid above that can be refunded upon request.  

If a student decides to take an exam after the deadline, the student will be charged the price of the exam in addition to a $40 late order fee. 

ACCOMMODATIONS

If you have requested and been approved by the College Board for testing accommodations you will be provided with these accommodations for any AP exams.  If you have any questions regarding accommodations please see Mrs. Ulmer as soon as possible.

AP Testing takes place during the first two full weeks of May.  Students will register for the tests during the first couple of days of their AP class and will submit payment for the exam by Nov. 1 for full year and fall only AP classes and by March 1 for any spring only AP courses.  

AP tests are created and scored by the College Board and allow students the ability to earn college credit.  Penn Manor currently offers 23 AP courses.
