Access Calendar Settings:
Click on the gear icon located in the top-right corner of the calendar view to access settings.
From the dropdown menu, select "Settings."
Choose Notification Preferences:
In the Settings menu, navigate to the "Event settings" section.
Look for the "Event notifications" option. Here, you can customize the default notification settings for all your events.
Customize Notification Settings:
Click on "Add notification" to set up a new notification.
Choose the notification type from the dropdown menu. Options include:
Email: Receive an email notification at the specified time before the event.
Pop-up: Get a pop-up reminder on your device at the specified time before the event.
Notification: Receive a notification on your mobile device at the specified time before the event.
Enter the time before the event you'd like to receive the notification. You can choose from options like minutes, hours, or days before the event starts.
Add multiple notifications by clicking on "Add notification" and setting up additional reminders as needed.
Save Changes: Once you've customized your notification settings, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save" to apply the changes.
Set Event-Specific Notifications (Optional):
When creating or editing an event, you can also set up notifications specific to that event. Simply follow the steps outlined earlier for setting reminders for individual events.
