Peer Recovery Support will be hosting a Sober Social Hour for members of the PSU community. Grab a coffee, talk recovery, or just enjoy creating new sober friendships. While this is not a formal recovery support meeting, a Peer Recovery Specialist is available to share resources and support.

Your children are invited to join us for a fun, comfortable online space to do crafts with Little Viking's teachers. Crafting with Little Vikings takes place on Thursdays from 4:30-5:30PM.
Each week will be a different craft theme, join us for as many or as few as you wish. If your children need access to materials, please let us know using this form and we can send or arrange a pick up for materials. This free event is open to students, staff, and faculty.

Movement and play are twice as much fun when you're with a friend! Join Campus Rec for Free Friend Fridays—every Friday in July and August. Partnering up can help you feel more motivated, try new things, and stay consistent and accountable to your fitness and wellbeing goals. From July 1 through August 26, Campus Rec members can bring a friend with them into the Rec Center on Fridays ... for free! Plus, you and your friend will be entered into a raffle for a prize drawing at the end of the summer.
Limit of one free guest per member. Additional guests will be charged the daily guest fee of $7. Guests do not need to be affiliated with PSU, but must bring a valid photo ID.
Weekends July 9th - Augst 27th
From hiking and backpacking to stand-up paddle boarding and kayaking, the Outdoor Program's guided trips are sure to fill your summer with fun and adventure. Summer trips are offered every weekend from July 9 through August 27. All skill and experience levels are welcome. Transportation and equipment is provided. Join us for stand-up paddle boarding at Frog Lake, backpacking to Hideaway Lake, hiking to waterfalls, enjoying a day at Ecola Beach, and rafting down the Deschutes River. Trip registration is now open for Campus Rec members. Sign up in person at the Outdoor Program office located at 505 SW Harrison St.
