PDX Free Fridge: Free food fridges and cabinets stocked and supported by the community. PDX Free Fridge has interactive maps and keeps a good stock of both prepared foods for folks without kitchen access and pantry essentials. Click here for their IG to learn more and stay connected.
Free Food via Beaverton School District: BSD offers free food boxes, open to everyone, every Wednesday at Aloha High School 11am-1pm, Beaverton High School 12-1pm, and Southridge High School 12-1pm. For more information, click here.

Lift UP: Lift Urban Portland (LUP) offers a shopping-style pantry on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 3 - 6pm in Goose Hollow and a free food market on the 4th Wednesday of every month from 11am - 12pm in the parking lot of the Legacy Good Samaritan Clinic. For more information, click here
Oregon Food Bank: Oregon Food Bank collects and distributes food through a network of four Oregon Food Bank branches and 17 independent regional food banks serving Oregon and Clark County, Washington. Click here to find free food in your community
Partners for a Hunger Free Oregon: Partners for a Hunger Free Oregon envision an Oregon where everyone is healthy and thriving, with access to affordable, nutritious, and culturally appropriate food. To bring that vision into reality, they raise awareness about hunger, connect people to nutrition programs, and advocate for systemic changes that end hunger before it begins. Southeast Community Food Pantry and Clothes Closet: Southeast Community Food Pantry & Clothes Closet provides emergency food boxes, clothes, and household items to any and all persons who find themselves in difficulties because their basic needs cannot be met due to economic hardship. Services also include Harvest Share and Pet Share as well as referrals to other resources. For more information, click here.

211 Utility Assistance: 211 is a community assistance program that supports low income folks with paying for electricity, gas, and water bills. For more information, click here or dial 211 to get connected over the phone. 211 also operates on a waitlist for rent assistance in Multnomah County, click here to learn more about rent relief and the Oregon rent moratorium.

Trimet Reduced Fair: Trimet offers reduced fair for people who meet certain requirements at rates of 50-72% less than regular rates. Learn more about qualifications and how to apply here.
Free Plants for BIPOC: The Equitable Giving Circle connects people to plants through their Free Plants for BIPOC Program. Black Resilience Fund: The Black Resilience Fund offers mutual aid requests for Black folks to get needs met such as getting furniture, service requests like car maintenance and therapy, and food. Click here to submit a mutual aid request.
PDX SW Relief Fund: PDX Sex Worker Relief Fund offers various kind of aid depending on available resources such as microgrants and care kits with priority given to BIPOC Sex Workers.

QT & BIPOC Therapist Guild of PDX: This is a collective of Black, Indigenous, People of Color and Queer and Trans therapists who offer their work to clients in Portland. Safer Sex Supply Home Delivery: Oregon Reminders is offering free home delivery of both latex and non-latex condoms and lube.
Our House: Our House provides healthcare, housing and other vital services to low-income people living with HIV/AIDS. Associated organizations (Esther’s Pantry and Tod’s Corner) provide food, clothing and personal care items to those in need living with HIV/AIDS.
P:ear : p:ear builds positive relationships with homeless and transitional youth through education, art, and recreation to affirm personal worth and create more meaningful and healthier lives. Neighborhood House: Neighborhood House has been bringing the community together to help neighbors in need since 1905. They are here for families facing hunger and homelessness, vulnerable seniors, and children who need help in school. Clackamas Service Center: Clackamas Service Center (CSC) is an inclusive, "one-stop" community center for individuals and families seeking food relief and resources for improved health, dignity, and stability. Outside In: Since 1968, Outside In has supported youth experiencing homelessness and other marginalized people as they move toward improved health and self-sufficiency. Driven to meet the changing needs of those it helps, the agency has created an all-inclusive and integrated system of cutting edge and sometimes controversial wraparound services that has transformed and saved thousands of lives over the years.

Dykes on Bikes: Dykes on Bikes supports a diverse community of women including lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender individuals through rides, charity events, Pride events and education. There are Dykes on Bikes PDX rides Saturday and Sunday except in bad weather. Visit the DOBPDX Facebook Page for upcoming event information.
Northwest Gender Alliance: Northwest Gender Alliance provides support and social opportunities for transgender, transsexual and cross-dressing individuals. Connect with their welcoming community via the Northwest Gender Alliance Facebook Group.
PFLAG Portland: The Portland chapter of PFLAG supports LGBTQ+ individuals and their families in the greater Portland metro area. Keep an eye on PFLAG’s events for upcoming LGBTQ+-friendly community activities.
Pride Foundation: Pride Foundation supports LGBTQ+ equality in Oregon. Building on its first Oregon grant awarded in 1991 supporting the development of LGBTQ+-focused domestic violence services, Pride Foundation has been growing support for local Oregon organizations and scholars thanks to donors and volunteers.
Cascade AIDS Project: Cascade Aids Project is dedicated to HIV/AIDS prevention and supporting those living with HIV/AIDS. The project also runs Pivot, a drop-in space for gay, bisexual and transgender men.
Q Center: Q Center is the largest LGBTQ+ center in the Pacific Northwest. It’s a safe space for all LGBTQ2SIA+ people and celebrates diversity, visibility and community-building through a wide range of events, workshops, advocacy work. Q Center provides peer support services for different ages and gender identities. Weekly and monthly support groups include Aging With Pride, Queer Youth Group, Trans Guyz, and the LGBTQ Bipolar and Depression Support Alliance.
Sexual Minority Youth Recreation Center: Here at SMYRC, we provide a safe, harassment-free space for queer and trans youth ages 13-23, where you can create art, play music, and join in on our open mic nights, drag shows, and support groups. You can access services like counseling, school support, and much more. Whatever you are looking for, we are here to honor, empower, and support you.
