Since they are reserved only for our students, CCJ Online courses cannot be found by searching in the regular PSU Class Schedule or the Schedule Planner. This means you should NEVER use the “Find Classes” feature to register for a CCJ Online course.
Any course you find listed this way is NOT a CCJ Online course, even if the course has a matching name or is offered online!
If you register for a non-CCJO course, there will be different tuition and fees charged, the course dates may be different and you will not receive CCJO course support.
CCJ Online has its own Annual Course Calendar and all admitted CCJO students receive a CCJO Registration Guide via their PSU email each term. The only place where you can find the CCJO courses is in the CCJO Registration Guides! You will find them nowhere else!
Follow these steps to register for CCJ Online courses:
Each term, watch your PSU email for your CCJ Online Registration Guide to arrive. This will list all the classes CCJO will offer for the upcoming term.
Log into http://my.pdx.edu. Click on "Registration Hub."
Then "Register for Classes" and select the correct term.
Go direct to "Enter CRNs." Do not use Find Classes feature for CCJ Online courses.
Enter the CRN (course reference number) provided in your CCJ Online Registration Guide for the classes you wish to take. Click "Add to Summary."
Click "Submit" at the bottom to finalize your registration!!!
See here for Visual Step-by-Step Instructions.

If you have a registration hold, you cannot register for any PSU classes until the hold is removed.
To view your holds, log into http://my.pdx.edu.
The number of holds you have will display in red on your myPSU Dashboard. Select View Hold Details. Your Hold Details are listed on your My Account page, where you'll see the hold type, what it will affect, when it was activated, and contact information for resolving the hold.

CCJ Online is designed for most students to take 12 credits per term. You may take more or less depending on your other time commitments. CCJ Online classes require at least 10 hours of study time per week per 4-credit class.
Enrollment Levels
Less-than-half-time: 0-5 credits/term
Half-time: 6-8 credits/term
¾-time: 9-11 credits/term
Full-time: 12+ credits/term
Financial Aid Implications: Most students need to register for at least 6 credits per term (half-time) in order to qualify for financial aid. Certain scholarships may require full-time enrollment (12 credits).
If your actual enrollment level does not match your anticipated enrollment level listed on your financial aid award letter, you need to alert the Office of Financial Aid to the change using the Revision Request form in order to avoid a delay to your financial aid disbursement.
