School Volunteers Needed!
The Woodlands School Student Services is looking for volunteers to assist with the following events:
Post-Secondary Pathway Fair
Post-Secondary Pathway Presentation
A Night with Waterloo
Woodlands Open House
Post-Secondary Financial Aid Presentations
And more!!
These are all evening events on either Tuesday or Thursday in October and November.
We need approx. 15 - 20 volunteers for each event.
All volunteers are expected to remain for the whole event, from set-up to clean-up. You can pick one event, or all, to assist with, please work within your own schedules!
Sending Sunshine!
Sending Sunshine is a not-for-profit corporation run by four friends in Mississauga, Ontario. We aim to help reduce the negative effects of social isolation and loneliness among senior citizens in our community by providing them with handwritten cards. It is with the help of people like YOU that we can help provide a ray of sunshine in the lives of Canadian seniors!
