HIGH SCHOOL to POST-SECONDARY GUIDE for STUDENTS with DISABILITIES - click here
This guide provides information, practical tips and resources to help students with disabilities navigate the transition from high school to post-secondary education.
Created in consultation with a team of university students in the University of Toronto’s Work Study Program at Accessibility Services, this guide empowers and informs students with disabilities to achieve their academic goals and fully participate in university life. A valuable resource to consider investigating is the Transition Resource Guide for Students with Disabilities, specifically the TRG Next: Post Secondary Prep Course. Many sections of this document have been adapted from the Transition Resource Guide.
