APPLYING TO COLLEGE
October: Applications become available for programs starting the following fall.
November 1: Colleges may begin sending offers of admission.
February 1 2024: Equal Consideration Date - DEADLINE for applications (however some programs will remain open if there is available space)
May 1: Date to accept offers
Mid-June: Tuition deposit payment due.
Students can apply on the Ontario Colleges website.
Humberview will send student transcripts electronically in November / February / April / July
Cost: $125 for 5 programs
Diplomas / Advanced Diplomas
All programs require Grade 12 English (ENG4U or ENG4C) plus some subject specific courses (eg. Math / Science)
Course pre-requisites can be at the C/M/U level
Admission requirements will vary by school and program
There are some diploma programs open to students with Workplace (E) English. Please see your Guidance Counselor to help build your pathway.
Bachelor Degrees
Colleges offer degree programs as well as diploma / certificate programs
Require 6 Grade 12 U/M level courses
All programs require Grade 12 English (ENG4U) plus subject specific courses (eg. Math / Science)
Admission requirements will vary by school and program
