Senior Night
Senior night are at each high school in September each year. Please feel free to attend the one that is most convenient for you. Registration in advance is not required but it does help us to plan materials. You can sign up for either night here: (Dates for next year 2025 are TBD.)

PSAT (SAT Practice Exam)
October of each school year. Future dates TBD. The PSAT is a practice SAT exam. It familiarizes students with the SAT test format and experience. Typically, students who take the PSAT and also spend time studying for the SAT do much better on the SAT exam. All juniors are offered the SAT exam for free the first Wednesday in March of their 11th grade year. T

College Now Webinars
On September 19th, College Now will be hosting the first of many webinars for the school year - Financial Aid 101 and the Better FAFSA. In this webinar, we'll review the basics around financial aid, loans, and scholarships and discuss the new Better Free Application for Federal Student Aid (Better FAFSA) application that will open in December 2023. In-School College Visits
Admissions reps from colleges throughout Ohio and nearby states visit Valley Forge every fall (September - October) to meet with students. Students can check out what schools will be visiting and sign up to attend through Naviance. Log-in to Naviance, click on colleges, then select college visits to view the list and sign up. These sessions are a great opportunity to ask questions and find out what admissions reps are looking for when reviewing applications.

Parent/Teacher Conferences – November 13th, 2024 from 5:30pm -  7:30pm
Parents and guardians are invited to Valley Forge to meet and chat with teachers. The evening is open for parents to stop by at the time that is most convenient. Appointments are highly recommended, but you may stop in to visit if you were unable to schedule. 

Career Technical Open House:  November 14th, 2024 from 6:00pm -  7:00pm
Located at Valley Forge High School, the CTE open house will introduce students to career tech program options which can spark interest in a future career, build life long skills, or simply diversify the students school curriculum. For more information on CTE, click here

Fall End-of-Course Exams Retake Sessions, December 2nd - December 13th, 2024
9th - 11th graders December 3rd - 6th            Seniors December 10th-13th                Students report to school following their typical schedule. Students will be "called down" for testing when it is time to test. Some students will test in the morning, some in the afternoon. The schedule is created to allow for the most efficient and effective test experience. Letters were mailed home to students who are scheduled to test. As well, students will be notified at school in case the letter was not received. For information on EOC exams, please click here
