College Credit Plus
College Credit Plus is a program sponsored by the state of Ohio in which students can take college classes that will count toward both high school and college credit.
Registration Forms to Complete
If you are considering participating in this program you must turn in the following forms by April 1st of the previous school year
*Must be completed each year
INTENT TO PARTICIPATE FORM (Due April 1st)
COUNSELING SESSION FORM (Turn in to School Counselor)
TRANSCRIPT RELEASE FORM (Turn in to Records Clerk)
*Middle school students in grades 7th and 8th interested in CCP, please turn in transcript request form to your middle school counselor department.

NEW CCP STUDENTS:
Follow the steps below if you plan to pursue CCP:
Students and Parents - CCP Step by Step Instructions
Complete Intent to Participate form by 4/1/2024.
Create an account and Apply online to the CCP program.
Complete and turn in the Counseling Session form to your school counselor and the Transcript Release form to the Records Clerk.
Depending on grade level eligibility requirements for program admittance (see above) Take the college’s placement tests no later than early April. Check with college for hours/requirements.
Once accepted into the program, schedule a meeting or email your counselor to complete the online Authorization Form. An Authorization Form is required each semester prior to scheduling your classes.
Make an appointment at the college to register for college classes BEFORE SCHOOL IS OUT IN JUNE!!!
RETURNING CCP STUDENTS:
Follow the steps below if you want to continue CCP:

Complete Intent to Participate form by 4/1/2024.
Complete and turn in the Counseling Session form to your school counselor.
Schedule a meeting or email your counselor which classes you want to take for the upcoming semester to complete the online Authorization Form. An Authorization Form is required each semester prior to scheduling your classes.
Once complete, you will be sent an email instructing you to make an appointment with your assigned college academic counselor to insure that the courses you have chosen will fulfill your degree or certificate requirements.
