Tips & Troubleshooting

The new Teacher Workstation consists of a laptop and a docking station. All peripherals will be plugged into the docking station. This will allow the laptop to serve as the main computer in the classroom, but also afford users the opportunity to use the laptop as a mobile device by simply unplugging the single USB-C cable. The Teacher Workstation is a new configuration and support documents are located on this page to assist in setting up the station and troubleshooting issues.
