Step-by-Step Sphere2 Windows Installation

  1. Click the Portal Manager icon on your desktop. If the Portal Manager icon cannot be located, click the Windows Start button, scroll through your programs list and select the "Ivanti Management" folder. Then, click on "Portal Manager."

  2. Click to select AVer Sphere 2 application (Step 1)

  3. Click Launch to install the application (Step 2)

Step-by-Step Sphere Lite Chrome Installation

AVer Sphere Lite is a simple yet intuitive Chrome app to integrate an AVer document camera live video. It allows live streaming, with the ability to resize, annotate and record. It should be noted, Sphere Lite will only work with AVer U70 document cameras.

To install Sphere Lite software on a Chromebook do the following:

  1. Log in to Chromebook

  2. Click on the App Launcher (white circle on bottom left of shelf)

  3. Locate the Chrome Web Store icon and click to open

  4. In the Search box, type Sphere Lite and press Enter

  5. Scroll down the web page to Apps and click on Add to Chrome button

  6. Click on Add app button

  7. Add Sphere Lite app to shelf for quick access by dragging and dropping icon onto shelf, or right clicking on icon and then selecting Pin to shelf
