Replacement LCD Projector Bulbs

Replacement bulbs for District supported LCD projectors are provided by the Department of Educational Technology at no cost to a school. Please place an eSupport Service Request to receive a new bulb.


Disposal of LCD Projector Bulbs

If old LCD bulbs are located in a projector that will be e-wasted, the bulbs may remain in the projector.

When a new replacement bulb is received, old non-working bulbs, or working bulbs that are no longer wanted, should be stored with/near the custodian’s collection of used fluorescents for proper disposal.

Repair & Warranty Information for Epson LCD Projectors

Epson projectors come standard with a three-year warranty.

The SDPBC Department of Information Technology AV team is an Epson-certified repair center and can assist with any warranty check inquiries and repairs. Please place an eSupport work order to have the department of Information Technology check for current warranty status and provide repair/replacement options.

Please refer to the SDPBC Purchasing Department's website for information on purchasing new LCD projectors. For inquires regarding the purchase of new projectors, contact the Educational Technology team.

The following VGA cables are approved for purchase when replacing ceiling mounted and ultra-short-throw installations:
