While on a District Windows* device, click the Portal Manager icon on your desktop. If the Portal Manager icon cannot be located, click the Windows Start button, scroll through your programs list, and select the "Ivanti Management" folder. Then, click on "Portal Manager."
Once the Self Service Portal opens, search for AVerTouch in available applications.
Click "Install" to install the application on your device. Please note, you will need to reboot your device before AVerTouch will open for the first time.
For Mac OS Devices, AVerTouch can be downloaded directly from AVer here. If District security settings prevent you from manually installing applications, please contact your school tech for assistance.

Sphere Lite for Chromebooks & Google Chrome
AVer Sphere Lite is a simple yet intuitive document camera visualizer Chrome extension that allows integration of AVer document camera live video. It is a simplified version of the AVerTouch application which allows users to annotate, resize images, and record.
To add Sphere Lite on a Chromebook:
Log in to the Chromebook.
Click on the App Launcher (white circle on bottom left of the shelf).
Locate the Chrome Web Store icon and click to open.
In the Search box, type "Sphere Lite" and press Enter.
Scroll down the web page to "Apps" and click the "Add to Chrome" button.
Click the "Add App" button.
Add the Sphere Lite app to the shelf for quick access by dragging and dropping the icon onto your shelf, or right-clicking the icon and then selecting "Pin to shelf".
To add Sphere Lite to a Google Chrome Browser:
Navigate to the Chrome Web Store.
In the Search box, type "Sphere Lite" and press Enter.
Click the "Add to Chrome" button.
For easy access, use the "pin" feature to keep the Sphere Lite extension pinned to the top of your browser.
