At Dr. Grier's lab, I first created particle aggregation simulations in python, and then modeled light scattering on these aggregates to mimic Holographic Video Microscopy. I then grew, imaged, and analyzed physical particle aggregates using Holographic Video Microscopy to understand the mechanisms of growth that create microscopic aggregates.
