My research centered around therapeutic drug treatments in relation to acute myeloid leukemia (AML), which is a cancer of the blood. This research looks into the effect of two proteasome-related drugs, Bortezomib and TCH-165. One inhibits and one activates proteasomes within cells, and the information helps form conclusions about their effectiveness in treating AML.
