In counseling, ATL skills can be demonstrated through students' communication, social skills, and self-management. These skills are reflected in how students express their thoughts and emotions, listen actively, and engage in respectful dialogue. Students demonstrate social skills as they build rapport, show empathy, consider the perspective of others, and work through interpersonal challenges. Self-management skills are evident when students regulate their emotions, use coping strategies, set goals, and take responsibility for their actions. Through counseling sessions, these ATL skills support students' ability to reflect, problem-solve, and develop strategies for personal and academic growth.
