This temporary website provides current information on the Oshkosh Area School District's (OASD) Multicultural Outreach (MCO) efforts. This content was developed by the MCO team and will be moved to the OASD website in 2026.
The purpose of Multicultural Outreach (MCO) is to welcome, empower, and uplift students by fostering belonging, cultural pride, and community connection. Through enriching experiences rooted in identity, leadership, and joy, MCO helps students build confidence, celebrate their heritage, and expand their sense of what’s possible in their community.
The Multicultural Outreach team (MCO) creates an empowering experience for students. Rooted in cultural pride, belonging, and community connection, MCO uplifts the voices and identities of every participant while nurturing their growth as leaders, learners, and changemakers.
Throughout the Year, students engage in a rich mix of activities that foster both confidence and connection. Whether exploring Wisconsin through educational field trips, building teamwork through soccer, or learning life skills in swim lessons, each experience is intentionally designed to highlight students’ strengths and expand their sense of what’s possible.
