Marking Period Three

Explanation

• The task was to combine all sections of the paper into one document this includes the title page, abstract, lit review, methodology, and work cited. 

• The objective of the assignment was create a rough draft of the final capstone paper. 

• The overall unit involves polishing up the capstone project including the google slides presentation and the final paper. The assignment contributes to the final paper which will be present during the final capstone presentation.  

• By completing the assignment I learned about the several components of a college level essay.  

Reflection

• The assignment showcases my ability to collaborate with group members and analyze research to draw conclusions.

• The course heavily focuses on capstone development and this assignment deals with the same concept. 

• I appreciated the assignment because it served as practice for future college papers. As I transition from high school to college I will not struggle with the load involved with creating a college level paper since I have already practiced it in high school.    

• The assignment connects to the larger world because the components of the paper address a real world issue. In this case it was inhaler misuse within the asthma community. As a group we had to address a problem that has yet to be fixed, research the issue, and innovate or develop a product that will combat said issue.
