Mr. Brown

Welcome to English A, students! My name is Mr. Brown, and I'm excited to start my 12th year teaching young people such as yourselves. My hope for you this year is that you grow as confident, bolder, and more imaginative readers, thinkers, and writers - I'm here to help you along the way, and may you enjoy the journey!

A little about me: 

-My wife is a fellow educator and we have two boys (eight and four). You'll hear about them often.

-I enjoy cooking (Italian sauces especially), gardening, travelling, rock-hounding, and woodworking.

-I was an improv performer in my 20s, and I co-sponsor, along with Ms. Kate Hawley, our school's Improv Club on Thursdays after school. Please join us!
