Middle school is the time to learn how to be a successful student.  Learning new organizational strategies and time management is key!

Setting goals helps trigger new behaviors, helps guides your focus and helps you sustain that momentum in life. Goals also help align your focus and promote a sense of self-mastery. In the end, you can't manage what you don't measure and you can't improve upon something that you don't properly manage.

Students with good organizational skills have the ability to create and maintain systems to keep track of information or materials.  

Most students find that their greatest challenge in adjusting to middle school life and to succeeding in the classroom is in managing their time effectively. Managing 6 or more classes, multiple teachers, homework, and sports can be a daunting, overwhelming task. We can all use some help with our time management. Watch the video for some tips!
