To help ensure the academic success of your student, it is critical that you have remain connected to their schooling through Q Parent Connect and Parent Square. These programs allows you to:
View current grades
View scores on assignments
View missing assignments
Communicate with teachers
View absences (on desktop site)

Is your child getting enough sleep? Nowadays, students have significantly more distractions they encounter on a daily basis, including TV, Cell Phones, Social Media and video games! Teens need to get adequate sleep. Take a look at the Sleep video and also consider:

NO CELL PHONES at night! Consider having them leave their cell phone in your bedroom, charging for the night.

Your student takes Reading Inventory assessments each year to determine their level of comprehension. Ask you child for their "RI" number. You may also find this on a recent progress report or report card. To help your student grow in Lexile, make sure they are selecting books that are AT or slightly above their current lexile. Use this website to determine the level a book is at or to find titles appropriate for your childs Lexile.
