Mr. & Mrs. Puebla both obtained Masters Degrees in Educational Counseling.
Hello Wiltsey Wildcats! My name is Mr. Puebla and I am Wiltsey's School Counselor.
I was born and raised in the Inland Empire. I am the oldest of 4 boys and a son of immigrant parents that came over from Mexico in hopes of better opportunities. As a child I attended Berlyn Elementary School, Vina Danks Middle School and Chaffey High School. I was the first in my family to graduate from high school and seek higher education.
I have attended various colleges and universities over the course of my educational career, including: the University of California Riverside (UCR), Cal State University Northridge (CSUN) and Cal State University San Bernardino (CSUSB). I earned a Bachelors degree in Arts from CSUN, with an emphasis on computer animation. While at CSUSB, I obtained my teaching credential in Math and Art, while also obtaining two Masters Degrees, in both Educational Administration and Counseling.
I previously taught at Wiltsey for about 8 years and am excited to continue my time at Wiltsey as the School Counselor helping students navigate the complexities of middle school life!
If you have any questions or concerns please call, visit, or email and I will respond as soon as possible.
La familia.
I was able to complete 7 full marathons. Perhaps number 8 in the near future!
Mr. Puebla enjoys traveling.
I crossed a big one off the bucket list, ...skydiving!
I was fortunate to have the opportunity to visit Africa and provide some art instruction and counseling services to an organization that helps orphans in need. Providence Children's Home in Kenya will forever hold a special place in my heart.

While at Cal State Northridge, I spent some time studying both traditional and computer animation. While I don't work on art as often as I'd like to now, its something that is still a big part of me. Art can actually be quite therapeutic, helping you cope with stress and anxiety. Do you enjoy art? I'd love for you to share your skills!
