AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

We are pleased to announce the start of the Ceramics’ Workshop!

In September, we held trial classes, and today, we have a group of five students, including some parents of our School’s students. Ceramics is an ancient art that combines tradition and creativity, offering a unique experience of connection and focus. Working with clay invites participants to be fully present, molding their creations with mindful attention. Through handling the material and creating unique pieces, students will develop artistic expression and deepen their understanding of artisanal processes, crafting exclusive and meaningful works.

Additionally, the After School program participated in the much-anticipated Halloween Party, where the Ballet and Jazz students from Elementary School delighted everyone with their dance performance as the character Wednesday. Despite the nerves and anticipation, all participants are to be congratulated for their dedication and beautiful performance!

As atividades da Oficina de Cerâmica começaram!

Em setembro, realizamos as aulas experimentais, e hoje contamos com um grupo de cinco alunas, incluindo algumas mães de alunos da nossa Escola. A cerâmica é uma arte milenar que combina tradição e criatividade, proporcionando uma experiência única de conexão e concentração. Ao trabalhar com o barro, os participantes são convidados a estar no momento presente, moldando suas criações com atenção plena. Por meio da manipulação do material e da criação de peças únicas, os alunos desenvolverão expressividade artística e se aprofundarão nos processos artesanais, criando peças exclusivas e significativas.

Além disso, o After School Program esteve presente na tão esperada Festa de Halloween, onde as alunas de Ballet e Jazz do Elementary School encantaram a todos com a apresentação da dança da personagem Wandinha. Apesar do nervosismo e da expectativa, todas as participantes estão de parabéns pelo empenho e pela linda apresentação!
